Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays).
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will start processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days (most regions)
- Tracking number provided within 2–3 business days after shipment
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Additional fee applies, calculated at checkout
International Shipping
- Delivery: 10–25 business days (varies by country & customs)
- Remote areas may require extra transit time
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- No hidden fees; all costs shown before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- A confirmation email with tracking link will be sent once shipped.
- Allow 24–48 hours for tracking status to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- The buyer is fully responsible for all customs-related charges.
- We cannot mark orders as “gift” or lower declared value.
6. Undeliverable & Lost Packages
- If a package is returned due to incomplete/wrong address, buyer covers reshipping fees.
- Lost or stuck packages: we will investigate within 7 business days and offer reshipment or full refund if confirmed lost.
